我目前做的是无线通信方面的研究，所以对无线通信要熟悉一点
偏综述类的期刊主要就是：IEEE WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS、IEEE COMMUNICATIONS MAGAZINE、IEEE Network，IEEE Communications Surveys & Tutorials，这几个 SCI 一区的文章看的比较多，都是对某个主题进行综述
偏深入研究的期刊就是：各类journal和trans：通信这边主要就是IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing、IEEE JOURNAL ON SELECTED AREAS IN COMMUNICATIONS、IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications、IEEE Transactions on Communications，这几篇是最顶级的，另外IEEE Internet of Things Journal也是SCI一区，也不错，感觉IoT上的图一般都画的好看一些；IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology要稍微差一点，但是也有非常好的文章
短文（letter）主要就是：IEEE Wireless Communications Letters 和 IEEE Communications Letters，这些期刊都是简短的 5 页文章，很快就能看完
通信这边的顶会还是比较少的，公认的就： IEEE International Conference on Communications（ICC）和IEEE Global Communications Conference (GLOBECOM)，还有ICASSP偏信号处理一点，比较好的会议 IEEE International Symposium on Personal, Indoor and Mobile Radio Communications(PIMRC), IEEE Wireless Communications and Networking Conference (WCNC),IEEE Vehicular Technology Conference(VTC)都是经常遇到的。其他的计算机网络方面国际三大顶级会议 - MOBICOM - SIGCOMM - INFOCOM，我这边遇到的比较少，我这边主要是做物理层的通信，也大家来补充。
清华大学也公布过会议推荐，可以参考一下https://www.sist.tsinghua.edu.cn/info/1123/3306.htm/基本上了解领域前沿研究，看上面提到的期刊/会议就行了。
你想研究某个主题，比如你要研究 6G，就可以在publication title这块限制期刊范围。另外还有一个很重要的找论文途径就是：根据你看的论文的参考文献去找，尤其是顶刊/顶会的参考文献，一般质量都是挺高的；另外大家单独搜这些期刊的时候，别点进各种广告去了，认准 http://ieeexplore.ieee.org
国内期刊
中国通信学会之前公布过信息通信领域国产的高质量期刊推荐，全都可以在知网上检索中国通信学会关于《信息通信领域高质量科技期刊分级目录》的公示:https://www.china-cic.cn/Detail/24/3234/3234#/
T1级别的有：中国通信 China Communications、Digital Communications and Networks、Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering、通信与信息学报（英文）Journal of Communications and Information Networks、SCIENCE CHINA Information Sciences、The Journal of China Universities of Posts and Telecommunications、北京邮电大学学报（自然科学版）、电信科学、电子科技大学学报、通信学报（PS:他们都有公众号可以去关注关注，了解前沿动态挺方便的）
